Subject: Letter of Recommendation
To Whom It May Concern,
I am pleased to write this letter of recommendation for Brayden Hughes.
I have had the pleasure of knowing Brayden for the past two years while working at the Embassy Suites Dublin. Most recently, Brayden spent the past three months completing his sales internship with our team.
During his internship at the Embassy Suites Dublin, Brayden assisted the sales team with day-to-day tasks in addition to the topics that he identified wanting to learn about in our industry. Some of those tasks included taking inquiries for the sales team, handling reservations, and gathering event details for upcoming Groups and Events.
Brayden is also a quick learner and is always eager to take on new challenges. He assisted the team with several projects, including gathering information from our competitors to help us research our position in the market. He also assisted with projects to ensure that our sales team remains efficient on a day-to-day basis.
He was always prepared and completed his work in a timely manner. He is a dedicated and hardworking individual who would be a valuable asset to any organization.
Please feel free to contact me if you have any further questions or need additional information
Yours in Hospitality,
Rachel Stuart

To Whom It May Concern:
A Commendation of Exceptional Interpersonal Acumen for Bray Hughes.
“AI is changing the world, but authenticity, empathy, and relationships are the keys to ‘being human,’ and that is something our souls crave and stands at the essence of our design.” – Chris Bernard
It was during an early September sojourn in 2023, while checking into a hotel in Dublin, Ohio, that I had the distinct privilege of witnessing a young man at the front desk who exhibited an exceptional commitment to ensuring each guest’s experience was truly remarkable. Despite the hotel bar being understaffed, a circumstance that could have easily overwhelmed lesser individuals, this young man navigated the situation with poise, empathy, and a demeanor that provided simple, clear guidance, ultimately facilitating an above-satisfactory experience for all.
Throughout our multi-day stay, I was consistently impressed by Bray’s clear, innovative problem-solving methods and genuine care for others. Without the need to reference any ticketing support system or consult room reservations, Bray consistently checked in with guests, ensuring that earlier requests had been met and that expectations were not only fulfilled but exceeded. His ability to navigate pressure-filled situations while demonstrating tremendous dedication to the satisfaction of each individual and their family was truly remarkable.
As a business owner, I recognize that while technical skills and procedural knowledge can be taught, the ability to think critically and exhibit genuine empathy for others is an inherent gift. Bray is truly blessed with these rare and profound traits, which are not only notable within his generation but are increasingly sought after in our rapidly evolving, AI-driven world.
It is for this reason that I have welcomed Bray into our organization with open arms, and I am truly honored and blessed that he has accepted this opportunity. His exceptional interpersonal acumen and innate human qualities will undoubtedly prove invaluable assets as we navigate the challenges and opportunities that lie ahead.
Sincerely,
Chris Bernard
